Jen Cooper: author, teacher, triathlete, and mom of three. I am the oldest and bossiest of three sisters and my true peace in the day comes when I can sit down and write. My silence comes when my adoring audience is there to listen and journey the story with me. I have been a high school Physical Education and English teacher for 18 years.  I have a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Victoria, Canada.

My muses are with me in all aspects of my life. We are in the trenches together. They are the seemingly little ones with big idiosyncrasies. They are my first, second and third born. They are my shiny and new nieces and nephews. I write their stories to show us that being creative and fun makes life exciting and meaningful.

I am a passionate athlete dedicating myself to each new challenge in my competing horizons. This dedication and strong work ethic translate to my writing every day. Giving up is never an option.
